Corporate Advisory Services

CCC provides corporate advisory and consulting services to numerous private and public companies. In some cases, Fab will also sit on the corporate advisory board of private companies which is the case with his position at Excir, as well as several other of his private portfolio companies.

Fab acts as an advisor to these companies, sharing ideas and insights which include:

• Reviewing potential deals
• Implementing certain cost cutting and saving measures
• Sourcing and suggesting management team and board additions
• Assisting with various financing structures
• Helping find potentially synergistic merger and acquisition opportunities and targets
